Home to the Fort Belvoir Sports and Fitness Program

Graves Fitness Center is packed with everything you need to stay active, from free weights and cardiovascular machines to a rock-climbing wall, courts and recovery rooms. With your fitness goals in sight, this powerhouse facility has you covered. Just swipe your Common Access Card (CAC) for 24/7 access, giving you the freedom to train on your schedule during unstaffed hours.

Workout After Hours with 24/7 Access

Patrons must use their access card to enter the building during non-staffed hours, which are Monday through Friday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Guests are not permitted when the facility is not staffed.

Facility Rules

  • Guests are not permitted at this time.
  • All patrons must sign in and out of the facility.
  • Safety collars are to be used on all free weights.
  • Patrons must wipe down equipment after use.
  • Personal equipment is not permitted inside the facility.
  • Appropriate attire must be worn while utilizing all facilities.
  • Proper foot attire is required.
  • External audio devices (iPhone, iPod, etc.) are permitted, but must be accompanied with headphones.
  • When using the sauna or steam room, patrons are required to bring a towel and wear proper clothing.
  • No oils or rubber suits allowed in sauna.
  • Daily lockers are available for your use.
  • Strollers/baby carriers are not allowed in the facility.
  • During unstaffed hours, saunas, steam rooms, and the rock wall are closed.


Youth Age Policy

#

Youth 17 and under

may not use the facility during unstaffed hours, including the basketball and racquetball courts, the weight rooms, etc.

Youth 16 - 17

are permitted to utilize all weight training areas and cardiovascular equipment unsupervised during normal operating hours.

Youth 13 - 15

may utilize cardio exercise equipment and weight equipment.

They MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian, actively supervising at all times while in this facility.

Youth 12 and under

are not allowed in weight or fitness area.
