The Body Shop Fitness Center is designed for patrons that prefer a traditional, no-frills workout environment. Centrally located, this unmanned facility offers free weights, select strength machines and cardio equipment.

Workout Anytime with 24/7 Access

The Body Shop Fitness Center is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via registered Common Access Cards (CAC). Patrons must register their CAC for 24/7 access to enter the building.

Facility Rules

  • Guests are not permitted at this time.
  • Safety collars are to be used on all free weights.
  • Patrons and employees must wipe down equipment after use.
  • Personal equipment is not permitted inside the facility.
  • Appropriate attire must be worn while utilizing all facilities.
  • Proper foot attire is required.
  • External audio devices (iPhone, iPod, etc.) are permitted, but must be accompanied with headphones.
  • MWR is not responsible for lost items.
  • Strollers/baby carriers are not allowed in the facility.
