24/7 Access and Registrations

ATTENTION SPORTS AND FITNESS PATRONS: Due to system updates, 24/7 access at the Graves and Body Shop Fitness Centers will be unavailable on April 24 between approximately 3 - 6 a.m. This outage window is an estimate, and we will provide an update if system access remains unavailable beyond that timeframe. 24/7 fitness centers give service members and their families round-the-clock access to gyms, helping them stay mission-ready while balancing unpredictable schedules. This flexibility supports physical health, morale, and family resilience.

How to Register for 24/7 Access 

  1. Visit the front desk at a participating fitness center
  2. Complete the 24/7 access form
  3. Watch a short orientation video
  4. Register your CAC or MWR access card for entry
  5. Once registered, your card grants you access to designated fitness centers during unstaffed hours

Please note that If you get a new mil/DoW CAC card, you must re-register your card and every five years thereafter.

 

Registration Locations

  • Specker Human Performance Center (1182 12th Street)

Monday - Friday | 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday | 7:30 - 11 a.m.

  • Graves Fitness Center (2116 Abbott Road)

Monday - Friday | 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Who Can Use 24/7 Access?

  • Active-duty Service Members (17+ years old)
  • Retirees and Family Members (18+ years old)
  • DoW Civilians and Contractors (18+ years old, where authorized)

Safety and Policies

  • Facilities have security cameras and emergency call stations
  • Patrons must follow all posted rules and regulations
  • No guests are allowed during unstaffed hours
  • Report any safety concerns to fitness center staff

24/7 Access Facilities

Eligibility: Active Duty Military and their Family Members; and DoW Civilians and Retirees, and their Family Members. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the facility during non-staffed hours.
