How Fees Are Determined
- Fees are based on Total Family Income, which includes pre-tax wages, salaries, and military allowances
- Fees apply to regularly scheduled Child Development Centers, Family Child Care, School Age Centers, and Youth Programs, but hourly care and special programs may have separate rates
Financial Assistance and Discounts
Multiple-child discount for Families with more than one child in full-time care
Hardship waivers to temporarily reduce fees for Families experiencing financial difficulties
Deployment support discounts and special programs for deployed service members' Families
Parent participation discount for parents who volunteer in CYS programs

Payment Options
- Military Child Care Fee Assistance, which helps Families who need child care outside of CYS facilities cover costs with programs like Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN)
