Those wishing to attend Oktoberfest will need a DoW ID Card or be sponsored by a DoW ID Cardholder. Oktoberfest will not be open to the general public. Children 12 and younger need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Gates and Access
Tulley Gate is open 24/7 and will serve as the main point of installation access during the 28th Annual Oktoberfest.

Non-Military/DoW Civilians must have a visitor's pass prior to entering Fort Belvoir. To avoid a hold up at the gate, we highly recommend securing your vistor's pass ahead of time.
