DoD Summer Reading Program
Join the DoD MWR Library Summer Reading Program and earn rewards for reaching your reading goals. This annual program encourages kids, teens, and adults to explore the world through books while having fun with interactive events.

Local Library Programs
Storytime
This program targets children ages 5 and under. However, all ages are welcome to join!
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m.
The Secret Gardeners Garden Group
Cultivate and care for our Healthy Army Communities (HAC) Garden! Meetups occur every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and include planting, tending, harvesting and getting your hands dirty.
Teen Activity Night
During this event, teens in grades 7 - 12 will talk about books, play games, get crafty, watch movies and simply have all-around fun! This program typically meets monthly on Fridays.
Stitching in the Stacks
Join fellow crafters who love to crochet, knit, embroider, cross stitch or work in any fiber art form for a casual gathering every Tuesday night!
Dungeons and Dragons Adventure League
Calling all Barbarians, Paladins, Rogues, and Wizards! The Library is summoning adventurers for magical gaming meet ups twice a month. So, grab your dice, and join us on a quest of epic proportions!
Cookbook Book Club
Combine the joys of literature and cuisine as you make new friends and expand your culinary skills! We welcome chefs of all ages to pick a recipe from our featured cookbook, prepare it and bring it to our monthly potluck style meetup.
Summer and Winter Reading Programs
The Library invites readers of all ages to dive deeper and explore new stories all throughout the year. Whether turning a page, swiping a screen or tuning in to a favorite audio book, every minute spent will help you earn prizes for doing what you love - reading!
