Celebrate BIG with a fully customizable, homemade cake or cupcakes! In partnership with Cake4Kids, Army Community Service (ACS) offers free custom cakes or cupcakes for youth and young adults aged 0 - 24 in celebration of their birthday, graduation, school award or adoption. Complete the form below, including your preferred dessert, flavor and theme for your sweet treats!

All cakes and cupcakes are prepared in home kitchens, not allergen-free facilities. Please be sure to include important allergy information in your cake request.

Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your desired pick-up date.

Eligibility:

  • Active Duty
  • E-6 and below
  • Assigned to or live on Fort Belvoir
