Seating is limited and expected to run out quickly as this event is open to the public. That means, in addition to all regular Military Card Holders, the general public with a State Drivers' License and their Dependents can attend! To access Fort Belvoir, visit the Gate Access Page.

Please review the following tips to expedite and facilitate your access to Fort Belvoir:

  • To get inside Fort Belvoir, non DoD ID card holders must go through the Visitor Gate (Tulley Gate) located at 9500 Pohick Rd., in Fort Belvoir.
  • Military ID cardholders may use Tulley or Pence Gate.
  • All adults MUST have a valid US Government / State issued photo ID.  No exceptions.
  • If you have one Military ID card holder in your group, you can go through the DoD ID Card holder’s lane (which is much quicker).
  • Military Police will prevent anyone from entering the installation who has any drugs or drug paraphernalia in their vehicle, or anyone with any past felony convictions.
  • We strongly recommend getting through the Gate before 5 p.m. to avoid any potential delays as concert-bound traffic builds up.
