Rules of Engagement: Couples Communication
This class will help to improve communication with your significant other.

Do you want to improve communication with your spouse, partner or that special someone? Do you want more understanding, support and intimacy without all of the arguing, miscommunication and talking over each other?
This workshop is a two-part series.
During this workshop, you will learn to resolve conflict constructively and establish new talking and listening habits that can make your relationship fun and passionate again.
Schedule:
Day 1
- Discuss each couple’s relationship assessment results
- Identify common barriers and challenges that plague couples when communicating
Day 2
- Learn positive communication skills to combat ineffective communication
- Learn ways to rebuild connection in the relationship
Series Dates:
- November 8 and 15
- January 24 and 31, 2023
- March 21 and 28, 2023
- June 20 and 27, 2023
- July 18 and 25, 2023
