Army Community Service presents Operation Sugarplum 2020. Each year, Army Community Service partners with local donors to help support Service members and their families during the holidays. This program assists eligible Families assigned to Fort Belvoir by providing gift cards, toys and food vouchers.
Eligibility:
- Active Duty
- E-5 and Below
- Assigned to Fort Belvoir with at least one child 18 and under.

Return completed forms to the ACS located on 5965 6th Street, Bldg. 1263
- Registration forms must be signed by the Service Members Commanding Officer or First Sergeant.
