Infant Massage teaches techniques to increase parent and infant bonding, provide relief from various infant ailments, and promote relaxation for your baby.
Research shows that babies who are massaged:
- May sleep longer
- Spend more time active and alert for learning
- Increase bonding and attachments to their parents
- Improve elimination
Classes are taught in small groups of parents/caregivers and their pre-crawling babies, and are spread over a four-week period so your baby gradually adjusts to your nurturing touch.
Cost
Free.
