Participants will learn about anger as a basic emotion, how to recognize what triggers anger, the impact of uncontrolled anger on self and others, and helpful tools to manage anger in healthy ways.

This is a two-hour workshop that is meant as an introduction to identifying, understanding and coping with anger in the home, at work, and in relationships.

To receive a certificate of completion, you must be present for the entire workshop.
