All youth must be registered with Child & Youth Services (CYS). Registration is simple and free for eligible families - just visit Parent Central Services or sign up on site at the Youth Center.

Required Documents

  • Programs will need to be able to link their Teen Registration packets and Parent Orientation process which are different at each installation
