Formally known as the NCO Club, this reimagined facility provides a blend of historic charm and contemporary convenience that makes every gathering extra special. Constructed in 1939 by the 13th Engineer Regiment and designed by the Office of the Quartermaster General, it remains an integral part of the Fort Belvoir Historic District and is proudly listed on the Virginia Landmarks Register, a testament to its enduring legacy.  While its walls carry the stories of generations past, the Eagle Event and Conference Center has been transformed into a modern, versatile space that meets today’s needs. With updated features, flexible layouts, and a welcoming atmosphere, the Center is the perfect setting for:

Reservations 

Reservations are only guaranteed upon payment of cleaning deposit. Full payment must be made no less than 30 days before the scheduled reservation. View the Room Rental Agreement for full details, floor plans, rental items and to fill out the reservation request form.
