Ballroom Rental Packages

 

Premium Banquet Package

Premium Banquet Rental Package: $3,200 (based on 200 people). Rental hours are from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. There is a fee of $125 for each additional hour past 10 p.m.

Premium Package Includes

  • Buffet plate setting (choice of 2 glassware)
  • 200 Silver Chiavari Chairs
  • Linen, napkins and table skirts
  • Overlays (max 20 per color)
  • 4 juice dispensers
  • Decorative columns
  • 8 hours max

Room Fees

Full Day (8 Hours) $1200
Half Day (4 Hours) $600
Refundable Cleaning Deposit $200

* There is a $125 additional fee per every hour from 10 p.m. - 12 a.m.

 

Alcohol fee - $350 (Beer and Wine only).

Reservations

Reservations are only guaranteed upon payment of cleaning deposit. Full payment must be made no less than 30 days before the scheduled reservation. View the Room Rental Agreement (PDF) for full details, floor plan, rental items and to fill out the reservation request.

 

Lounge Rental Packages

 

Premium Lounge Package

Premium Banquet Rental Package: $1,000 (based on 50 people). Rental hours are from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. *$50 fee for each additional hour.

  • Linen, napkins and table skirts
  • Overlays (max 20 per color)
  • 2 juice dispensers
