Ballroom Rental Packages
Premium Banquet Package
Premium Banquet Rental Package: $3,600 (based on 200 people). Rental hours are from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. There is a fee of $200 for each additional hour past 10 p.m.
Premium Package includes:
- Buffet plate setting (choice of 2 glassware options)
- 200 silver Chiavari chairs
- Linen, napkins and table skirts
- Overlays (20 maximum per color)
- 4 juice dispensers
- Decorative columns
- Usage of the outdoor Gazebo
- 8 hours max
Audio Visual Equipment Rental | $150
- Projector and screen
- Microphone and podium
Regular Pricing
Ballroom rental (Monday - Saturday) Cost Full day (8 hours) $1400 Half day (4 hours) $700 Refundable cleaning deposit $200 * There is an additional $200 fee per every hour from 10 p.m. - 12 a.m.
Included Amenities- Complete setup to specifications
Alcohol fee - $150 (beer and wine only).

Outdoor Wedding Package
Outdoor Wedding Package: $700 (based on 100 people). Rental hours are from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. $50 fee for each additional hour after 10 p.m.

- Gazebo
- 100 white chairs
- 6 cocktail tables
- Portable bar
- PA system and podium
- Setup and breakdown
- 4 hours maximum
