Join the Fort Belvoir Golf Club for their annual Turkey Shoot Golf Tournament on Woodlawn Golf Course. After a day of friendly competition on the green, enjoy a delicious turkey dinner with fellow participants. Plus, the winners won’t just take home bragging rights - they’ll also receive turkeys to celebrate their victory! This event is open to all amateur members and patrons. Participants must have a verifiable USGA handicap to play for net places.
Format:
- Two-person team scramble.
- All teams play in both the Net division and Gross division.
- Men play from Blue Tee Markers.
- Women play from White Tee Markers.
- Men over 75 years old play from White Tees and ladies over 75 years old Red Tees.
- Team handicap calculated using the USGA recommended method.

Cost
Active Duty and Members | $60 per player
Non-Members | $85 per player
Fee includes continental breakfast, carts, range balls, prizes (turkeys and gift certificates awarded) and a turkey dinner during the award presentation following the tournament.
