The Stroller Walking Group provides a good source of exercise while socializing with other parents. Although you burn a lot of calories running after your little ones at home, every parent deserves some adult time and some fresh air. This group will meet every two weeks, with a break during the colder months.

This group is open to Active Duty Military, Retirees, their Families, DoD Civilian Employees, and Contractors.
