Kick off Child Abuse Prevention Month with Army Community Service (ACS). Join us for pinwheel planting and fun activities. Pinwheels are the national symbol for child abuse prevention. They symbolize playfulness, joy and childhood. Pinwheels are a physical reminder that all children should experience a great childhood.
