Army Community Service (ACS) presents Operation Sugarplum 2021. Each year, Army Community Service partners with local donors to help support Service members and their families during the holidays. This program assists eligible Families assigned to Fort Belvoir by providing gift cards, toys and food vouchers.


Eligibility:

  • Active Duty
  • E-5 and Below
  • Assigned to Fort Belvoir with at least one child 18 or under.

Registration Information

Registration open Oct. 18 - Nov. 19.

Requirements:

  1. Registration forms must be signed by the Service Member's Commanding Officer or First Sergeant.
  2. Participants are required to complete one personal-finance workshop.
  3. Return completed forms to the Financial Readiness Program (FRP), located at ACS, 5965 6th Street, Bldg. 1263.

Applicants will be notified if their application has been accepted.

Registration opens Sept. 1.

To register as a donor, submit the Donor Application Form

to an ACS Specialist by email or call +1 (571)231-7018. We are accepting toys, books and gift cards only.
