Operation Sugar Plum

Find support during the Holiday Season with Army Community Service (ACS). Accepting applications through November 20.

#

Army Community Service (ACS) presents Operation Sugar Plum 2026. ACS recognizes that the holiday season can be difficult financially for some of our families. For this reason, each year, ACS partners with local donors to help support service members and their families during the holidays.

Through Operation Sugar Plum, eligible families assigned to Fort Belvoir are given financial assistance in the form of gift cards, toys and food vouchers.
