Fit Team Classes will be held on Saturdays from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. beginning on Sep 2. Classes will not be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays after Thurdsay, Aug 31.
MWR Sports and Fitness is offering a fun, energetic and motivational free workout every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 – 7 p.m. at Wells Field House, 1810 Goethals Road.
Fit Team workouts are tailored to all fitness levels & focused on burning fat & building lean muscle.
The Fit Team camp is designed to help people save money on nutrition & fitness and achieve fitness goals, but also to improve peoples mindsets & encourage their spirit through weekly motivational sessions after every camp.
The Fit Team class tracks each participant by 4 week increments to ensure each participant is receiving results. This class is different from others because each person that attends and takes on a nutrition plan receives a free health coach and accountability partner. They have monthly body transformation challenges with cash prizes and have consistent family nights with the team where participants eat, spend time with each other and build lasting relationships.
Class is open to all Military and their Family Members aged 16 and over, DoD Civilian Employees, and Contractors.
