Upstairs on the Second Floor, the Castle Room steps out of Old World Europe dressed in bold Gothic Revival style architecture. The vaulted ceiling, suits of armor, large fireplaces and historical Corps of Engineers heraldry plaques create an unforgettable experience. In such a strong setting, a hearty, red-blooded meal is called for and it’s your choice of sizzling steak: NY Strip, Filet Mignon, or Prime Rib. If you prefer Surf to Turf, then try the Castle Room’s fresh Salmon filet. A glass of white or red wine pairs nicely with your dinner and is complimentary.
