Army Community Service (ACS) provides train-the-trainer support through sponsorship training, enabling participants to train fellow unit Soldiers to become successful sponsors. For Soldiers and their Family Members, having a sponsor reduces the stress of reporting to a new unit, enhancing resilience and improving readiness. Effective sponsorship helps ensure a smooth move by giving relocating Soldiers and Families a designated, personal point of contact on the ground at the new duty station.
