Young Explorers will get hands on time with Dot & Dash Robots, Ozobots, and Osmo Coding! No experience necessary, all necessary equipment provided.
There are two times to choose from; 12 - 1:30 p.m. or 2 - 3:30 p.m.
Library staff will give a short, simple overview of coding and how codes make robots act/react. After the intro explorers will get hands-on time with different robots using different types of coding inputs. Each session gives exlporers 90 minutes to play but explorers are welcome to leave early.
Fairfax County Schools are closed and the Library has robots...winning combination!

Open for ages 8 - 12.
A maximum of 10 explorers are allowed per session. Please sign up with the Library in person or over the phone at +1 (703)805-4244.
Have younger children? Check out the Build the Day Away event going on at the same time for all ages.
