Fort Belvoir Youth Sports will be one of the U.S. Military Bases worldwide to stage this special event.
The event will be held on Pullen Field, located next to Specker Field House, 1182 12th Street.
The cost is $6 that participants will pay on the day of the race. All participants will also get the 2018 commemorative America's Armed Forces Kids Running t-shirt.
Distances vary by age. 9-13 year olds run 2 miles, 7-8 year olds run 1 mile, and 4-6 year olds run 1/2 mile.
Participants must register online.
