Participants will learn about anger as a basic emotion, how to recognize anger triggers, the impact of uncontrolled anger on self and others, and helpful tools to manage anger in healthy ways.

This two-hour workshop is meant as an introduction to identifying, understanding and coping with anger in the home, at work, and in relationships.

To receive a certificate of completion, you must be present for the entire workshop.
