Do you have what it takes to compete?

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, fitness enthusiast or someone looking to challenge yourself in a new way, the Sports and Fitness Program invites you to come out, have fun and prove what you’re capable of. This action-packed competition features six challenging events that combine power, agility, speed and stamina. Competitors will battle through workouts designed to push you to your limits and earn you bragging rights on the leaderboard. The top 3 in each age category will be crowned champions!  All participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt. 

All participants must be 18 years or older and present their DoW ID Card on the day of the competition.

Categories

  • Age 40 and under
  • Age 41 and up


Six Timed Events 

(m = meters, cal = calories)

Event 1

  • 1200m run (on Air Runner)
  • Sled pull and sled push 50m (155/200 lbs)/(180/200 lbs)

Event 2

  • 1200m row
  • 25 deadlifts (65/95lbs)
  • Heavy kettle bell carry 200m around cones 50m (35/40 lbs)

Event 3

  • 1200m ski erg
  • 50m burpee broad jumps
  • 30 cal assault bike

Event 4

  • 1200m run (on Air Runner)
  • Front rack kettle bell lunges 50m

Event 5

  • 1200m row
  • 100 box jumps/step ups

Event 6

  • 1200m ski erg
  • 75 wall Balls

Schedule

  • 6 - 7 a.m. | Athletes check in, warm up and receive t-shirts
  • 7:15 - 7:45 a.m. | Competitor meeting to cover rules, regulations and disqualifications for each event
  • 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. | Competition begins
  • Award ceremony begins immediately after athletes complete each event.
