Voting Assistance Program

 

Americans can vote wherever they are.

The Installation Voting Office can assist all Soldiers, Family Members, and DoD Civilians in filling out a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA), Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB), as well as answer any questions regarding registration and important General Election and Primary dates for State and Federal Elections.

Your Fort Belvoir Installation Voting Assistance Officer is Mr. Fabian Reinoso.

The Fort Belvoir Installation Voting Office is located in the Department of Human Resources (DHR), Bldg. 1189, next to the Bowling Center.

Get everything you need to vote absentee at FVAP.gov or call +1 (800)438-8683.

Visit the FVAP.gov or come by the Installation Voting Office to: 

  • Register and request your absentee ballot (FWAB).
  • Fill out and send in your ballot when it arrives.
  • Fill out a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) to register to vote in your county and State of residence.
  • Registered voters can fill out a change of address form.
