Yoga Class

Stay fit mentally and physically with Sports and Fitness!

Join Sports and Fitness for a fitness class that promotes physical and mental well-being. Yoga supports stress management, mental health, healthy eating, weight loss, mindfulness and quality sleep. While yoga poses challenge your strength, flexibility and balance, modifications and props will be provided to accommodate all skill levels. 

This class combines breathwork with a meditation bell and a sequence of poses that bring about muscle awareness and deep relaxation. This is a real workout for the body and the mind.

Limited yoga mats are available for use.

This class is for adults only (18+) and is not recommended for pregnant patrons. 

Class time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12 - 1 p.m.

$5 per class
